Ann Marie is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with adults all across the lifespan.

​

She can support on a range of issues including addiction, anger management, anxiety, changing unhealthy relationship patterns, coping skills, depression, domestic violence, family conflict, self-esteem, sexual abuse, sexuality and gender diversity, spirituality, and stress.


Ann Marie interweaves a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on methods that are best fitted to who the client is as a person. She works from a contemplative therapeutic framework, providing a holistic and trauma informed approach to sessions. She combines different techniques drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Relapse Prevention.

Ann Marie takes a curious and compassionate approach to gain insight into her clients' experiences. She works collaboratively to help her clients develop a new perspective on their experiences, with a view to create a path forward that is hopeful, achievable and in line with what each and every client finds important in their lives.
