How can you make online relationship counselling a success?

Relationship counselling isn’t a quick fix—it requires effort, honesty and a genuine willingness to support each other. It is ideal that both partners have a mutual readiness to participate and work through the issues because if only one partner is engaged, things will take longer.

There should also be clear goals and expectations, between the partners, and between the clients and the psychologist. This can help build or rebuild trust with each other.

While there’s no shortcut to building a stronger relationship, the commitment you invest in relationship counselling can lead to meaningful, lasting change.
