I am keen to connect with you navigate through your personal challenges. I am a dedicated, emphatic and caring professional who is greatly interested in working with you at your own pace. I believe change is possible and with steady steps we could work together to achieve this. It is truly a privilege to connect and work with my clients and I look forward to starting the therapeutic journey with you.

Credentials

Vitra completed a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Practice, a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Sciences. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has memberships with both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Vitra is trained in several evidence-based approaches and practices mainly within the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework.

Experience

Vitra has experience working with a diverse range of clients including adolescents and adults. She has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adjustment issues, grief, and interpersonal difficulties. She has worked in private practice and employment services.
