Sandra uses a primarily a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, but also draws from a variety of other therapeutic modalities and techniques, including interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and positive psychology. She has also been trained in Clinical Hypnosis and EMDR and is happy to use these techniques for appropriate clients.

Sandra’s naturally gentle approach ensures that her clients are afforded a calm and safe therapeutic space where issues can be explored without fear of judgement.
