What can you expect engaging in online relationship counselling?

In your first online relationship counselling session, your psychologist will get to know you, your partner and your relationship. They will try to connect with you in order to get to know you, your partner, and your relationship dynamics better. Depending on the situation, they could try to set goals during the initial sessions. They will also try to want to understand any major conflicts and challenges between you and your partner, and even your communication styles, possible past traumas, or personal issues that may be affecting the relationship.

They’ll explore what's working, what's not, and what's brought you to relationship counselling. It’s a safe and supportive space where both of you can talk openly, without pressure or judgement.
