Do I need a referral from my GP for perinatal mental health services?

We welcome private patients who are self-funded and do not require a referral. However, to receive a Medicare rebate for your perinatal mental health sessions, a referral from your GP is necessary. You can easily obtain this referral by scheduling a bulk-billed telehealth appointment with one of our GPs, ensuring smooth access to your perinatal psychologist or pregnancy counselling services.
