Clinical Psychologist

About Michelle Olaithe

Hi, I'm Michelle, I'm a clinical psychologist and an active researcher. I've travelled the world analysing some of our oldest databases looking at the connections between sleep disorders, mood issues, and changes in cognition.

In the clinical space, I bring the clinical knowledge and you bring your expert knowledge on you and your world. With these knowledges, together, we will create a personalised journey to meet your goals, reduce your distress, build better relationships, or create greater understanding of yourself and your world.

I have a culturally- responsive, trauma-informed, neurodivergence, allyship, and person centred approach.

I have 10+ years postgraduation experience in clinical practice, assessment and diagnosis, and research.

I have had formal training in schema, dialectical, cognitive behavioural, trauma, and acceptance and commitment therapies.

I return regularly to update my professional training and this year have expanded my autism and neurodivergence skillset with the autism diagnostic certificate at UWA.
