Margie  enjoys working with all ages, genders and backgrounds.  She is passionate about helping people overcome obstacles in their lives as she believes most people desire to reach their potential, but at different points in their life need support to get there.


Margie is passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with their inner-critic, men’s mental health and how the body-mind connection contribute to overall wellbeing.  She has also had extensive experience with individuals experiencing a change in their career and employment. 


Margie believes it is important to create a safe, and compassionate therapeutic environment for clients to explore their concerns and goals. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Solution Focussed Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness and Coaching modalities.

Overall, Margie brings an extensive understanding of the many different types of problems people face and helps guide them to higher levels of well-being in as clear and straightforward way as possible. She believes all people have a right to achieve excellent mental health, and she's proud to support that journey.
