Larissa appreciates that life isn’t always a smooth journey. She also recognises that there’s real power in having someone to confidentially talk to. With a 25-year career that spans Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong, Larissa has worked as a Psychologist, Mediator, Corporate Trainer, Coach, Company Director and Independent Board Director both here and abroad. Her experience includes Corporate, Government, Not-For-Profit, Education and Private Practice.


In discussions, Larissa draws on all her counselling, coaching, training and mediation knowledge. She often generates conversations that are both collaborative and authentic.


As she sees it, talking about our lives and challenges helps us to make the best possible sense of things and find more options and even solutions. This act of refocus can assist us to thrive with more meaningful, connected and satisfying lives.


As a mother of three young Men, she is passionate about Men’s Mental Health and supporting Men to navigate all of life’s stages, relationships, and challenges.
