Eva was registered as a psychologist in 2000 and she is committed to making counselling therapy a compassionate and collaborative process, so you feel supported throughout the process.

Conducting sessions with genuine positive regard ensures each client is valued for who they are. You will gain assistance to know and accept yourself and grow beyond your current state.  Attending sessions with an intention to change can lead to experiences of transformation.  Discover your courage with profound empathy and care.

Eva facilitates growth using a person-centred approach, helping you to find your resilience and strength to improve your current well-being. This is achieved through developing goals and working towards them both in session and through homework tasks.

Eva’s expertise is in women’s issues, particularly managing the impacts resulting from sexual assault trauma.  Eva has worked with people from varying life backgrounds, diverse concerns and people of all cultural backgrounds are welcome.  Eva has worked with self-hate, low self-esteem, crises, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance misuse, and concerns related to LGBTQI.

“A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.”

― Carl R. Rogers
