Emma Hayes is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She is a member of
AHPRA, and the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society.


Emma has worked in a range of clinical settings including case management (community mental health
services), crisis, assessment and treatment (CATT), mental health triage, primary mental health services,
mental health counselling lines and private practice. Emma brings a warm, practical and holistic approach
to her work with clients.


Emma is skilled in the application of a wide range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour
Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, strengths based approaches, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. 

 

Emma works collaboratively with clients to identify the most suitable approach for their individual circumstances.
Emma’s goal is to assist clients with the many challenges that life presents, resulting in a more fulfilled
and meaningful existence.
