Amanda is a Clinical Psychologist that provides evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment. For over 10 years in both the private and public sector, Amanda has worked with clients who have experienced a broad range of psychological issues including, anxiety, depression, stress management, interpersonal difficulties, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and many more.
She has practiced at one of Australia’s largest private mental health service, The Melbourne Clinic, where she developed group therapy programs and facilitated the PTSD and DBT program. Amanda uses an integrative approach to treatment that is grounded on a firm foundation of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed therapies and Mindfulness based therapies.
With warmth, authenticity and compassion, Amanda works collaboratively with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the nature of your concerns to determine the best therapeutic approach and establish goals that are most important to you.
